REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE CONCERNING ORGANIZATION AND WORKING PROCEDURES IN THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

CHAPTER I
GENERAL PROVISION

Article 1

In this Regulation of the Minister of Finance, the meaning of:

KINDS OF MEETING

Article 2

Rapim Depkeu as described in Article I are:

CHAPTER III
CHARACTERISTIC OF MEETING

Article 3

(1) Rapim Depkeu is led directly by Minister of Finance.

(2) In case Minister of Finance absent, Rapim Depkeu can lead by Echelon I official which pointed by Minister of Finance.

Article 4

(1) Rapim Depkeu is attended by Echelon I official in Ministry of Finance and/or or other official or other invited party.

(2) Echelon I official which invited to attend Rapim Depkeu as described in paragaraph (1) can involve one Echelon II official with related scope of task and responsibility with topic discussed in the meeting.

(3) In the case that the discussion is on the technical matters, the Invited Echelon I official can involve an Echelon III official with related task and responsibility with topic discussed in the meeting.

Article 5

(1) Rapim Depkeu has closed characteristic.

(2) Leader of Rapim Depkeu can ask an unauthenticated official or staff or other party to leave meeting place.

Article 6

(1) Discussion and Decision of Rapim Depkeu are confidential.

(2) All or a part result of Rapim Depkeu can be announced to media an/or public with approval from Leader of Depkeu Meeting.

(3) Announcing result of Rapim Depkeu to media and/or public as described in paragraph (2) only can published by appointed official.

CHAPTER IV
PROCEDURES OF MEETING

Article 7

Pushaka facilitates the meeting of Leader of Depkeu, such as:

Article 8

Every officials attended the Rapim Depkeu should sign attendance list.

Article 9

(1) Leader of Rapim Depkeu can decided to postpone meeting if one or many invited officials are absent during the meeting.

(2) Postponement of meeting as intended in paragraph (1) has not time limit .

Article 10

In case agenda or topic of meeting not finished in Rapim Depkeu, leader of meeting can decide to discuss it in next meeting.

Article 11

Leader of meeting can announce basics of decision and/or conclusion of meeting in Rapim Depkeu.

CHAPTER V
PROCESS TAKING DECISION

Article 12

(1) Rapim Depkeu discuss topics which need consideration and/or regulation of the Minister of Finance.

(2) Before discussed in Rapim Depkeu, topics as intended in paragraph (1) shall be discussed and has effort to solve them in Echelon I level.

(3) In case topics will be discussed related with 2 (two) or more units of Echelon I, discussion in Echelon I level as intended in paragraph (2) shall in coordination of Secretary General.

Article 13

Leader of Rapim Depkeu maintains the meeting to follow regulation, discipline, effective and efficient.

Article 14

To ensure affectivity and efficient of Rapim Depkeu, every invited official should understand topic will be discussed in meeting.

Article 15

(1) Decision making in Rapim Depkeu should be efficient.

(2) To support characteristic as intended in paragraph (1), leader of echelon I unit shall be prepared with several alternative decisions and consideration, and has one recommendation among those alternatives.

CHAPTER VI
MINUTES OF MEETING AND RECORDING OF MEETING

Article 16

(1) To make minutes of meeting, one copy of material of Rapim Depkeu is given to Pushaka, and then documented it.

(2) Minutes of meeting as described in paragraph (1) is signed by Head of Pushaka on behalf of Leader of Rapim Depkeu.

Article 17

(1) Minutes of meeting is made completely and has content all of meeting discussion and notes.

(2) Minutes of meeting also filled with conclusion of meeting and next action plan for result of meeting.

Article 18

Every meeting attendant of Rapim Depkeu can get one copy minutes of meeting and should keeps secret and files follow effective regulation.

Article 19

(1) Every Rapim Depkeu is recorded of its audio.

(2) Every Rapimum is recorded of its video.

Article 20

Minutes of meeting, audio recording and video recording are managed well by Pushaka.

Article 21

Minutes of meeting, audio and video recording are part of authentic state documents which has expired date as stipulated in effective regulations.

CHAPTER VII
CLOSING

Article 22

This Regulation of the Minister of Finance shall come into effect at the date of stipulation.
